FLORIDA

St. Augustine

A bronze plaque for Henry M. Flagler was placed at Depot Square.

Tampa

A bronze plaque was placed to observe the 100th Anniversary of Tampa Union Station.

ILLINOIS

Chicago

Chicago Union Station and the City of Chicago are recognized as the Railroad Hub of the Nation. Two bronze plaques are located in the Main waiting room.

Bronze plaque placed on the Lockport Depot of the former GM&O Railroad for its 150th anniversary.

Marion

Large free-standing bronze double-sided plaque to recognize the changing of the gauge from narrow to standard.

Baltimore

A bronze plaque honoring the B&O Museum and the Mount Clare Shops.

175th Anniversary of the B&O Railroad at the B&O Museum.

MISSOURI

St. Louis

100th Anniversary of St. Louis Union Station. A bronze plaque is in the main concourse.
April 16, 1994

St. Louis

100th Anniversary of the Barretts Tunnels. The bronze plaque is mounted near the tunnels.

NEBRASKA

Omaha

A wooden plaque honors the Union Pacific Railroad’s steam locomotive program.
October 29, 1993

NEW YORK

Jamaica

Recognized the Long Island Rail Road at Jamaica Station. A bronze plaque is mounted in the station building.
November 12, 1994

New York City

A bronze plaque was presented to the Metro-North Railroad on the date of the 100th Anniversary of the opening of Grand Central Terminal. The plaque is mounted in the Stationmaster’s Waiting Area.

Utica

A bronze plaque was presented to Utica Union Station to observe the 100th Anniversary of the building.

Portland

A bronze plaque was awarded for the 100th Anniversary of Portland Union Station.

PENNSYLVANIA

Nicholson

A bronze plaque was awarded for the 75th Anniversary of the Nicholson or Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct. The plaque is on the viaduct.
October 6, 1990

Harrisburg

A bronze plaque was presented in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Rockville Bridge near Harrisburg. The plaque is mounted on the bridge.
March 20, 2002

Horseshoe Curve

A bronze plaque honors the 150th Anniversary of this engineering feat.
April 3, 2004

Lancaster

A bronze plaque is mounted in the station concourse to observe
the 60th Anniversary of the founding of NRHS in the Lancaster station.

TENNESSEE

Knoxville

A bronze plaque installed inside the station honors the 100th Anniversary of the Southern Railway Station.
October 4, 2003

TEXAS

Cleburne

A bronze plaque commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the construction of AT&SF steam locomotive #3417, which was based in Cleburne.
